Refund policy
Reclamations
We want every Zavadski piece to arrive in perfect condition. If your order is incorrect, something is missing, the packaging is damaged, or the quality is not as expected, please let us know. We will get back to you within 14 days with a clear solution, such as a repair, replacement, or exchange. If our first proposal does not meet your expectations, we are happy to work with you to find a resolution that does.
Returns
If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance at info@zavadski.biz so we can assist you with the return process and provide shipping instructions. Please note that this request does not affect or restrict your legal right of withdrawal — you may exercise your right to withdraw even if you have not contacted us beforehand.
Please return the item in its original packaging where possible. If a product is returned in a condition that shows handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the resulting reduction in value, in accordance with §15 FAGG. We will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Bespoke & Custom-Made Items
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke or customized models. These pieces are made specifically to your requirements and are considered personalized goods under §18 Abs 1 Z 3 FAGG. They cannot be returned once production has begun.
This exclusion will be clearly stated on the relevant product pages before you place your order.
Before Signing for Your Delivery
Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting the parcel for any visible damage before signing for it. If the packaging looks broken or heavily damaged, please inform the courier and note the damage at the time of delivery — this helps resolve any transport claim efficiently.
