All Zavadski chandeliers are made to order, unless otherwise stated, with sustainability in mind. This approach allows us to minimize waste and ensure that every piece is crafted with the utmost care.

Our standard production time is up to five weeks, depending on the model. Once your chandelier is manufactured, it is shipped from Austria using trusted carriers with tracking. Every chandelier is securely packed and fully insured for safe arrival.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Austria: average 2–4 business days (please allow up to 6 business days)

• European Union: average 4–8 business days (please allow up to 10 business days)

• Worldwide: average 7–14 business days (please allow up to 16 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance)

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Upon delivery, we recommend that you inspect the parcel for any visible external damage before signing. If the packaging appears broken or heavily damaged, we encourage you to note this with the courier at the time of delivery, or to refuse acceptance — this makes it significantly easier to process any transport damage claim.

Bespoke models require personalized shipping arrangements, which we discuss individually along with other custom details.
